Commercial  Assistant

As a manufacturer and importer of quality children's shoes, AGAS FOOTWEAR Kft. is a key player in the Hungarian and EU markets.

We are looking for an accurate and dynamic Sales Assistant, with the possibility of starting immediately.

Tasks in which we count on you:

 

  • serving our partners who come to wholesale

  • processing orders received on our website

  • correspondence and telephone contact - in both English and Hungarian

  • contact with old and new partners

  • issuing invoices and other documents based on the quantity of goods ordered

  • possible return handling 

  • administration

  • money management

What you will definitely need:

 

  • confident English language skills (at least intermediate level), as some of our reseller partners visit us from abroad

  • accuracy and precise work in processing orders

  • patient and helpful attitude in serving our resellers

Financial Assistant

As a manufacturer and importer of quality children's shoes, AGAS FOOTWEAR Kft. is a key player in the Hungarian and EU markets.

For the smooth performance of our work, we are looking for an accurate and energetic Financial Assistant, with the possibility of starting immediately.

Tasks in which we count on you:

 

  • Issuance of ​invoices based on the quantity of goods ordered

  • Filing and monthly preparation of invoices for transfer to the accounting office

  • recording incoming payments, preparing and sending out payment notices

  • start recovery procedures, follow-up 

  • other administrative tasks

What you will definitely need:

 

  • minimum experience in the financial field

  • basic English language skills, mostly written communication with the company manager

  • accuracy and precision in document processing

  • knowledge of the Romanian language is an advantage
